基本守则
Basic Rules
1. 所有课程需要通过 whatsapp 012-2829911 付款RM100定金预约，我们才能帮您的预约时段保留给您和提前准备位子。
All courses require a RM100 deposit to be paid via WhatsApp 012-2829911 so that we can reserve your appointment time and prepare the seat in advance.
2. 已付的定金和之后付款项是不能退款。
Deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable.
3. 已预订并付款定金的体验课程须于30天内安排，逾期视为无效。
Booked trial classes with a paid deposit must be scheduled within 30 days; otherwise, they will be deemed invalid.
4. 12岁以下的学生，可以只能其中一位不参者陪同，额外人逗留数需缴付RM15入场费，以避免无关人士占用场地或聊天喧闹，希望大家谅解。
Students under 12 years old may be accompanied by only one non-participating guardian. Additional accompanying persons will be charged an entrance fee of RM15 to avoid overcrowding or unnecessary noise. We appreciate your understanding.
5. 未经预约，禁止入内拍照。在我们的工作室范围外和内禁止烟产品，请保持其他人的健康危害和不必要的罚款。
Unauthorized photography without prior booking is prohibited. Smoking products are strictly forbidden inside and outside our studio to protect everyone’s health and avoid unnecessary penalties.
6. 请勿让小孩在工作室乱跑、触摸作品或大声喧哗，以免受伤、损坏作品、扰乱秩序。保持礼貌和秩序有助于我们避免不必要的纠纷，破损物品必须按价值赔偿，并可带回家。
Children should not run around, touch artworks, or make loud noises in the studio to prevent injury, damage, or disruption. Maintaining courtesy and order helps us avoid unnecessary disputes. Any damaged items must be compensated according to their value and may be taken home afterward.
7. 如提前或延迟到场需whatsapp或打电话告知，避免以其他学生冲突。
If you arrive earlier or later than scheduled, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone to avoid conflicts with other students’ sessions.
8. 主要课程及后续服务均由Sandy老师和小明老师指导和管理，而非雇佣人员。
All main courses and follow-up services are guided and managed by Teacher Sandy and Teacher Xiao Ming, not by hired staff.
9. 我们优先为已支付定金的学生上课。只填写资料没有付款定金，我们是不会做任何预约的。
Priority is given to students who have paid a deposit. Filling in details without payment does not constitute a reservation.
10. 先三思后而行，不清楚或有疑问是可以当下询问的，我们会当下马上解决。不要以任何借口生事制造问题和在网络散播负面情绪评击我们，我们有权追究责任。
Please think carefully before making decisions. If you are uncertain or have questions, feel free to ask us on the spot—we will resolve them immediately. Do not create issues under any excuse or spread negative comments about us online. We reserve the right to take further action if necessary.
陶艺守则
Pottery Rules
1. 上课前需指甲需剪短，长发需绑好，手上不能戴首饰，否则制作时会损坏作品。
Before class, nails must be trimmed short, long hair must be tied up, and no jewelry should be worn on the hands, as they may damage the work during creation.
2. 作品完成后，老师需要1个月内的时间完成后续工作，一个月后会安排烧制时间，3个月内一定可以拿作品。
After the work is completed, the teacher requires up to one month for follow-up processing. Firing will be scheduled afterward, and your work will be ready for collection within three months.
3. 所有作品底部会修平足或暗足，写上制作日期（01.07.2024）。如要求写其他字，每字收费RM3。特殊字体每字收费RM15。
The bottom of all works will be trimmed with a flat or hidden foot and marked with the production date (e.g., 01.07.2024). If you request additional text, there will be a fee of RM3 per character, and RM15 per character for special fonts.
4. 要求1个月内拿作品为加急，每件需支付RM20至RM50之间，老师会加快后续处理，并插队烧制。
If you require your work to be collected within one month, an express fee of RM20–RM50 per piece will apply. The teacher will prioritize processing and firing accordingly.
5. 所有陶瓷作品烧制后，收缩率约为20%至30%。
All ceramic works will shrink approximately 20%–30% after firing.
6. 要求重制将收取RM30 - RM170之间的费用。
If a remake is required, a fee of RM30–RM170 will be charged, depending on the work.
7. 必须打开并检查作品以确保其没有损坏。我们不对因拿回作品而造成的任何损坏负责。
You must unwrap and check your work upon collection to ensure it is not damaged. We are not responsible for any damage caused after the work has been taken home.
8. 烧制后的作品底部会打磨滑。
The bottom of all fired works will be polished smooth.
9. 烧制过后有任何缺陷，我们会拍照通知您一声，让您知道要不要修复，修复没有100%完美。修复工序会提前给您知道RM10 - RM30之间，确定后才能进行修复有缺陷的地方。
If any defects appear after firing, we will notify you with photos. You may decide whether you would like the work to be repaired. Please note that repairs cannot be 100% perfect. The repair fee (RM10–RM30) will be informed in advance, and only with your confirmation will we proceed.

How is ceramics made? Let’s take a look together at the magical journey of how a lump of clay transforms into beautiful ceramics! 👀
1. 塑形阶段，称为“湿坯”（第1天）
Shaping Stage – called “Wet Clay” (Day 1)
我们使用柔软的陶土来制作杯子、碗、盘子，或任何有创意的造型。可以用手捏，也可以使用拉坯机来成形哦！🎨
We use soft clay to make cups, bowls, plates, or any creative shapes. You can shape it by hand or with a pottery wheel! 🎨
2. 陶土变硬，称为“生坯”（第2-3天）
Clay Hardening – called “Greenware” (Day 2–3)
刚做好的陶器还是湿湿软软的，我们需要将它自然风干2到3天。干了之后，它就有了新名字——“生坯”！生坯就像刚出生的陶瓷宝宝，有了形状，但还是很脆弱，要小心呵护！👶🏼
Freshly made pottery is still wet and soft, so we need to let it air dry naturally for 2–3 days. Once dry, it gets a new name—“Greenware”! Greenware is like a newborn ceramic baby 👶🏼, with shape but still very fragile, needing gentle care.
3. 修边打磨（第4天）
Trimming and Polishing (Day 4)
我们用专用的工具修整边缘和形状，让陶器更加精致漂亮！✨
We use special tools to trim the edges and refine the shape, making the pottery more delicate and beautiful! ✨
4. 慢慢干燥（第5-14天）
Slow Drying (Day 5–14)
生坯还需要自然干大约10天，直到水分蒸发约85%。这样才能进入窑里进行第一次烧制。
The greenware needs to dry naturally for about 10 more days until about 85% of the moisture evaporates. Only then can it go into the kiln for the first firing.
5. 初次烧制——成为“素烧坯”（第15天）
First Firing – becoming “Bisque Ware” (Day 15)
完全干燥的素坯会被放进窑里，以900°C烧5小时 🔥。烧完后，它就变得坚硬，名字也会换成“素坯”啦！素坯就像穿着底衣的陶瓷娃娃，准备好被装饰得漂漂亮亮！👗🎨
The fully dried clay is placed into the kiln and fired at 900°C for 5 hours 🔥. After firing, it becomes hard and is now called “Bisque Ware”! Bisque ware is like a ceramic doll wearing its underclothes, ready to be beautifully decorated! 👗🎨
6. 清洁与准备上色（第16-18天）
Cleaning and Preparing for Painting (Day 16–18)
素烧胚表面可能会有些灰尘，我们会用水轻轻清洗，再自然干3天，准备上色。
The bisque surface may have some dust, so we gently clean it with water and let it dry naturally for 3 days to prepare for painting.
7. 手绘装饰（第19-21天）
Hand-Painting Decoration (Day 19–21)
这是最有趣的部分！我们用陶瓷颜料为作品添加色彩和图案！🎨✨ 画好后，需要等待3天让颜色完全渗入陶胚。
This is the most fun part! We use ceramic pigments to add colors and patterns to the work! 🎨✨ After painting, we wait 3 days for the colors to fully absorb into the clay.
8. 上透明釉（第22-23天）
Applying Transparent Glaze (Day 22–23)
为了让陶器表面光滑有光泽，我们会上透明釉。干燥后，陶器会变白。如果不上釉，下一次高温烧制时颜色可能会褪色，陶器也容易裂开。
To make the pottery surface smooth and glossy, we apply a transparent glaze. After drying, the pottery turns white. Without glaze, the next high-temperature firing may cause the colors to fade or the pottery to crack.
9. 完全干燥（第24-26天）
Complete Drying (Day 24–26)
上釉后，还要再风干3天，确保完全干透才能进行2次烧制。
After glazing, the piece must be air-dried for another 3 days to ensure it is fully dry before the second firing.
10. 第二次烧制——颜色变亮丽！（第27天）
Second Firing – Colors Become Brilliant! (Day 27)
这次把上好釉的陶器放入电窑中，以1200°C烧13小时！🔥 烧完后，陶器的颜色会变得亮丽光泽，就像穿上了一件彩色的外衣！🎨✨
This time, the glazed pottery is placed into the electric kiln and fired at 1200°C for 13 hours! 🔥 After firing, the colors become bright and glossy, as if the pottery has put on a colorful outfit! 🎨✨
11. 冷却与完成（第28天）
Cooling and Completion (Day 28)
烧好的陶器需要18小时冷却。完全冷却后，拿出来放在空气中静置10分钟。
The fired pottery needs 18 hours to cool down. Once fully cooled, it is taken out and left in the air for 10 minutes.
12. 最后修饰——打磨底部（第29天）
Final Touch – Polishing the Bottom (Day 29)
我们用磨石将陶器底部打磨光滑，避免刮伤桌面或其他物品。✨🎉
We use a grinding stone to polish the bottom of the pottery, making it smooth to prevent scratching tables or other items. ✨🎉
